Pre-order your Christmas cake now and it's sorted before December gets busy. Orders close at 5pm on Friday 30 October, so get in early and make sure there's one on your table.

There's a fruit cake somewhere in every Australian Christmas, and this is a very good one. It weighs a full kilo, which is enough to keep cutting into right through to New Year.

It's dark and dense, heavy with sultanas, raisins, currants and mixed peel, with red cherries and warm spice running all the way through. It's made with rum essence instead of rum, so it can sit in the middle of the table and everyone gets a slice.

Cut it thin with coffee on Christmas morning, or bring it out in the afternoon with a sharp cheddar when everyone swears they couldn't eat another thing. They will.

How delivery works

Adding other farm goods to your order? They'll be sent separately at our usual delivery rates. Your Christmas cake is still delivered free, between 1 and 20 December.

Choosing pickup at checkout? Pre-ordered Christmas cakes are ready to collect from 1 December. Email shop@cana.org.au to arrange your pickup.

Free delivery is for Sydney metro addresses only. Orders from outside Sydney metro will be cancelled and refunded. 

Outside Sydney metro? Our regular fruit cake is back in stock from 1 November, with standard delivery Australia-wide.
