Providing support & opportunity through transition.

There are many ways to help us achieve our mission.

Support our Education and Employment Model.

Contribute to a rental plan for our homeless community.

Make a donation for to support a community project.

Volunteer and companion a community member.

Located at Orchard Hills in Sydney’s west, the farm provides a different style of space to create community, educational opportunities, a venue for group retreats and through our Social Enterprise, transitional employment for people who need it most.

Many of our people suffer from illness, addiction, and homelessness. Others in our community may have spent a large part of their life in jail. For those incarcerated, the Farm offers opportunity, education and assists transitioning back into society.

Cana Farm offers a safe, and welcoming environment to help transition. With unconditional love and support offered by our community and volunteers, we hope to provide those less fortunate the opportunity to reinvent themselves.

Become a companion and support them through this transition. Cook a community lunch for those working harvesting crops. Roster on to drive the bus that collects workers and volunteers from the station. Volunteer to help wrap the beautiful Cana Farm hampers we create. Raise money by selling the amazing jams, chutneys and candles our community makes.

There are so many ways you can contribute and be part of our community, it’s really just asking how. Cana Farm needs your support to continue their work.

As a charity we actively choose to be run by volunteers and to receive no government funding,

Give time, volunteer, share kindness and care.

Our model is one of building relationships and companioning people who are lonely, homeless or suffering from physical and or mental ill health, addiction, or other factors which marginalise them from mainstream society. To find out more please email info@canafarm.com.au
